3. Payments and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and reserve time in the schedule. The remaining balance will be divided into agreed-upon payments based on the project timeline. Final deliverables will not be released until the project balance has been paid in full.

4. Project Timeline
Project timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project, client responsiveness, and availability of required materials such as content, images, and feedback. Delays in communication or materials may result in adjusted timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required to complete the project. Clients must also provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure project progress.

6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included within the project scope as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

7. Rush Services
Rush services may be available depending on availability. Projects requiring expedited timelines will be subject to an additional rush fee.

8. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed project will transfer to the client unless otherwise specified. Creative Cookie retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.

9. Third-Party Services
Projects may include third-party tools or platforms such as hosting services, plugins, or payment processors. Creative Cookie is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability
Creative Cookie will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use a website or digital product created through its services.

11. Termination
Creative Cookie reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if communication and cooperation from the client become insufficient to continue the project.

12. Changes to Terms
Creative Cookie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
